Sylvester Noel - Coaching Consultant
Introduction: Coach Noel is a Level 2 NCCP certified coach who played played high school basketball, track & field and football as a highly touted Safety. His passion for basketball runs very deep and with 25+ years of coaching experience, he has had the privilege of coaching in City, District and Provincial Championships at all levels from Juvenile to Senior.

Concentrations/Interests/Passions: Coach Noel earned a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree and an English degree. As an elementary Phys. Ed. Teacher, Coach Noel is constantly surrounded by sports and takes a special interest in helping students foster a team first mentality and building a strong work ethic. He is an avid runner and has completed many full and half marathons.

George Dokmanovic - Assistant Coach | Head of Basketball Operations & Social Media
Introduction: Coach George played his high school basketball at Kitsilano Secondary School. He is entering his 3rd year of studies at the University of British Columbia and is currently pursuing an opportunity to play Varsity Men’s basketball at the CIS/USports or PACWEST level. Throughout his high school basketball career, Coach George was part of various championship winning teams (City Champions, Provincial Championships and the AAU circuit). He has also earned various player-of-the-game and 1st/2nd All-Star team awards while also being recognized for numerous academic achievements. During the 2018 season, Coach George was the Head Coach of the West Point Grey Academy Grade 7 boys basketball team.

Concentrations/Interests/Passions:The “student-athlete” dynamic is what Coach George attempts to follow each and every day. Before basketball, there are responsibilities that are attached with education, either in the classroom, at home, or within the community. Coach George recognizes the balance that must be created between school and athletics and how the two can correlate positively with one another and hopes to bring this approach to F.O.R.M. He believes through patience, careful listening, repetition, and using your voice, you can achieve anything in academics and athletics.

Anthony Hokanson - Assistant Coach, Player Development
Introduction: Coach Anthony graduated from the University of Northern British Columbia in the spring of 2020 where he played on the men's basketball while, he pursued a degree in Accounting. He graduated from Kitsilano Secondary school where he was a standout basketball player.
Coaching/Playing Highlights:
Concentrations/Interests/Passions: Accounting is a strong passion of Coach Anthony's. Along with this, basketball is also a big love and passion of his as well. Coach Anthony joins F.O.R.M. in hopes of teaching younger players what is takes to get to the next level and succeed once they get there.
