Sylvester Appiah - Director of Basketball Operations | Head Coach (Boys Program)

 
Introduction: Coach Appiah joins F.O.R.M. with a true passion for the game and a wealth of knowledge both as a former elite player (PacWest) and coach. He is currently the Lead Assistant at Douglas College men's basketball and is also a coach with Basketball BC Centre for High Performance. He is a NCCP Level 2 certified and has a strong passion for grassroots basketball, youth development and mentorship!

Roderick Iyekekpolor - Program Coordinator | Coach (Boys & Girls Program)

Introduction: Coach Rod joins F.O.R.M. with a ton of fresh ideas and unparalleled enthusiasm. He brings experience both as a former high level player (AB Provincial Team, ACAC, CanWest & AUS) and a seasoned coaching resume. He is a member of the Coaches Association of Canada and a very skilled photographer & videographer!

Lashiya Nadon-Walker - Head Coach (Girls Program)

Introduction: Coach Lashiya hails from Calgary where she was a standout high school and provincial player! Her coaching experience spans from youth leagues in Alberta to most recently as the Senior Girls coach at Crofton House School.

Sylvester Noel - Coaching Consultant

Introduction: Coach Noel is a Level 2 NCCP certified coach who played played high school basketball, track & field and football as a highly touted Safety. His passion for basketball runs very deep and with 25+ years of coaching experience, he has had the privilege of coaching in City, District and Provincial Championships at all levels from Juvenile to Senior.

Concentrations/Interests/Passions: Coach Noel earned a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree and an English degree. As an elementary Phys. Ed. Teacher, Coach Noel is constantly surrounded by sports and takes a special interest in helping students foster a team first mentality and building a strong work ethic. He is an avid runner and has completed many full and half marathons.
