We are a high performance basketball academy based in Vancouver, Toronto & Kitchener, training out of the BCIT Recreation Centre on the campus of the British Columbia Institute of Technology, the University of Toronto Athletics Centre & HoopDome (Toronto) and the Impact Training Centre (Kitchener-Waterloo).
If you love basketball, it's your passion, you have a desire to train at a high level and are in Grades 7-12, we are the program for you. Post-secondary student-athletes are also welcome!

An unparalleled training and development experience. A unique and multi-dimensional approach to teaching and learning the game of basketball, under the umbrella of Canada Basketball and USA Basketball guidelines.
Each training session or Progression (within our HP Training Academy), team practices and ID Camp Sessions incorporates on-court instructions through 3 Phases (Phase 1: Stationary - Phase 2: Mobile - Phase 3: In-Game Situation/Implementation). At all 3 phases, players will be taught how to compete, enhance their decision making (read & react) and be given opportunities to showcase their skills and talents.
